Q. How much does it cost to hire a professional cleaning company?
A. Our pricing page shows all of our pricing depending on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your home. Our house cleaning services are fairly priced in order to pay our maids a living wage.
Q. What if I only want specific rooms or bathrooms cleaned?
A. We ask that you still fill in the details of your entire home and leave us a note saying which rooms will be cleaned. We will then deduct $15 per room not being cleaned.
Q. When am I charged for the house cleaning?
A. We do not charge your card until after the cleaning is complete. Within 24 hours prior to your appointment we will place a hold to verify the funds are available.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept credit and debit cards only. We do not accept cash, check or any other form of payment.
Q. Is my credit card information secure?
A. Yes. We take payment through a 256-bit encrypted form that transmits information over an SSL connection. All of this means that you can be sure your personal information is kept safe.
Q. How many maids will be at my house cleaning appointment?
A. We typically send one maid to each home unless the home is bigger or we are busy, then we will send two maids.
Q. Will I have the same maid every time?
A. We try to assign the same maid to your home for your cleanings, however things do happen and that might not always be possible.
Q. Can I trust my maid?
A. Yes you absolutely can trust your maids. We have a very thorough hiring process that includes several interviews, reference checks, background checks and drug tests. We also have each cleaner take a house cleaning exam to make sure they know what they're doing in your home.
Q. Does someone have to be home for my cleaning?
A. Someone does not need to be home, as long as we have access to your home we will clean it. If you won't be home you can coordinate with us ahead of time with hiding the key or using a lock box.
Q. Do you provide the cleaning supplies?
A. Yes, Cleanly Maids cleaners will bring their own supplies to your home.

A. We will reclean the missed areas in your home within 24 hours. If you still aren't happy we will issue a full refund. You must let us know within 24 hours if you're unhappy with your house cleaning.
Q. Can I tip my maid?
A. Yes absolutely! You can either tip with your credit card or in cash.
Q. Do you offer eco-friendly cleaning?
A. Yes we do. There is a $10 charge for using green cleaning products in your home.

A. There is a 30 day return policy for gift cards. They can only be redeemed by the purchaser or individual the gift card was intended for.
